2.2 Membership Fees

• Monthly membership fees are due on the same date each month
• Registration fees are non-refundable

3. Facility Rules and Conduct

3.1 General Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards staff and other members
• Appropriate workout attire and closed-toe shoes required
• Clean up after yourself and return equipment to designated areas
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Follow all posted safety guidelines and equipment instructions

3.2 Equipment Usage

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately
• Time limits may apply during peak hours
• Spotting partners recommended for heavy lifting

4. Health and Safety

Exercise at Your Own Risk: Physical exercise involves inherent risks. Members participate in all activities at their own risk and should consult with healthcare providers before beginning any exercise program.

• Report any injuries or medical emergencies immediately
• Follow all safety protocols and posted guidelines
• Use equipment only if you are familiar with proper operation
• Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Membership Cancellation

• 30-day written notice required for cancellation
• Cancellation must be submitted in person or via certified mail
• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with proper notice
• Annual memberships subject to specific cancellation terms

5.2 Refund Policy

• Registration fees and annual membership fees are non-refundable
• Pro-rated refunds may be available for medical reasons with documentation
• No refunds for unused portion of monthly memberships

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenFit and its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or services.

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenFit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facility or violation of these terms.

8. Modification of Terms
